The Division reviewed the RN5 application package and <br />sent an adequacy letter to TCC on January 16, 2009. TCC anticipates additional time necessary to respond to <br />the Division's concerns, as well as other anticipated permitting projects, and has requested the prol ' )osed <br />decision date for RN5 be extended to June 30, 2009.The Division concurs with this request.
