JOSEPH A. CESARE AND ASSOCIATES, INC., GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS
DISCUSSION
It is our understanding that other consultants will estimate the potential value and
economic feasibility of mining the aggregate resources. Additional investigations such as test
pits, may give a more accurate representation of the physical characteristics of the aggregate
resource. Our office can be contacted for further guidance on potential resources on the West
Farm property.
LIMITATIONS
The professional judgments expressed in this report meet the standard of care of our
profession. The test holes drilled for this study were located to obtain a reasonably accurate
picture of underground conditions based on our scope of work. Variations frequently occur from
these conditions, which are not indicated by the test holes or testing performed. These
variations are sometimes sufficient to necessitate modifications in our analysis.
Project No. D07.090 - 06/13/07 6
70901x1
