An acceptable mining setback has been followed <br />adjacent to this corridor in the event that rail spurs are constructed within it. This rail corridor is <br />currently in the planning stages for multiple, non gravel product uses. GP has been approached <br />by a local power company, a local manufacturer, and a wind energy company in the area, to <br />place rail spurs in this corridor for their use in staging and storing their coal cars, manufacturing <br />materials cars, and wind energy equipment cars. The rail spurs would be permanent if they are <br />constructed.
