Lamar Light and Power <br />RE. Agreement for Compensation for Damage to Structures within 200 feet of mining activities, and <br />Agreement to Allow Relocation of Power Line <br />-2- <br />reclamation activities within 200 feet of your structure(s). In return for this authorization, GP <br />Ranches, LLC agrees to provide fair compensation for any damage to your structure(s) <br />resulting from its mining and reclamation activities. Your notarized signature below grants <br />permission for GP Ranches, LLC to conduct mining and reclamation activities within 200 <br />feet of your structure(s), and acknowledges GP Ranches, LLC's commitment to provide fair <br />compensation for any damages to said structure(s) caused by GP Ranches, LLC's mining <br />and reclamation activities. <br />Lamar Light and Power also owns and operates an overhead power line that runs north to <br />south on GP Ranches, LLC's property, through the proposed southern cell of mining, as <br />shown on the Mining Plan. Your notarized signature below also grants GP Ranches, LLC <br />permission to relocate the power line to a mutually agreed upon location, at GP Ranches, <br />LLC's sole expense, and as directed by Lamar Light and Power. GP Ranches, LLC agrees <br />to notify Lamar Light and Power a minimum of 60 days prior to the commencement of <br />power line relocation activities.
