Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Mr. Patterson: <br />On March 29, 2007, the Division received Energy Fuel's request for a decision extension for TR- <br />22, via fax. Energy Fuels is compiling responses regarding retaining Pond F as permanent. <br />Energy Fuels has requested the proposed decision be extended until April 30, 2007. The <br />Division and Energy Fuels have planned to meet on April 4, 2007, to discuss remaining issues <br />associated with TR-22.
