Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, <br />Section 118, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on December 6, 2007, an application to renew an <br />existing permit to conduct coal mining operations at the Hayden Gulch Loadout was considered complete for the <br />purposes of filing. All review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act <br />and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. proposes to continue Other coal mining and/or reclamation operations on land <br />located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br />Portions of. El/2 Sec. 10, W1/2 Sec. 14, E l /2E 1 /2 Sec. 15, NE 1/4 Sec. 22, N W l /4N W 1 /4 Sec. 23, Township 6 <br />North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Mount Harris. <br />This is an application for permit renewal RN-3. <br />A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Routt County Commissioners, P.O. Box <br />773598, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477. For additional information, to provide written comments, or request an <br />informal conference, contact the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, within thirty days (30) after the last public notice in the Steamboat <br />Pilot. <br />Sincerely, <br />7_K7-i <br />1.
