C-A Ct9 Z, 08i
Binns, Janet
From: Binns, Janet
Sent: Friday, July 11, 2008 3:14 PM?
To: 'John Weinman'
Subject: HGLO RN3
Good afternoon John,
The Division received your adequacy response package on July 3, 2008. 1 have reviewed your responses and found
everything adequate. I have updated the findings document and I am ready to make my proposed decision. However, my
boss, Dan Hernandez in unavailable to review my Findings today. I haven't even seen him today to find out what his
schedule is for being able to review it. So, since today is the proposed decision date and Dan isn't around, we will need to
extend the decision. I would anticipate that he'll recommend some changes to my document, I'll revise and give it back to
him, before a proposed decision can be made.
I have provided the ownership & control information to our AVS technician. I do not know if she will have any comments
either. We received updates for most (if not all) of the Peabody operations recently, so I anticipate that they ought to be in
agreement.
I am looking at re-initiating Stip. 8 to the permit as the Air Emissions Permit has expired. It may be logical to keep it as a
stipulation until the operation anticipates activation.
Thanks again, and I hope you are having a pleasant Friday afternoon.
Sincerely,
Janet Binns
Environmental Protection Specialist II
(303) 8664944
9/10/2008
