Once approved, the 111 permittee can request release of the 111 permit as the reclamation of that site would then be guaranteed by the 112. The specialist will need to send an explanatory letter to get the submittal and fees corect before we do completeness. So I got a revision submission form for a conversion which is what it states on the paper work. I find out that you can't convert a 111 permit to a 112 permit, I've already entered the conversion into the Permit System under Revisions and I've also invoiced the check in the Financial screen as a minerals conversion. Now I'm being instructed to enter this as a new application, does that mean that we will be assigning a new permit number to this application? If that's the case then I'll need to get with Jill or Deb Bell to change the type of invoice to application fee. Once I create a new application with a different number what happens to permit M-1999-086 is there something I need to do? I'll wait for your response before I do anything. Therefore, we should treat it as a new application.
