G. A list of all known hazardous substances used at the site, with volume <br />' estimates and discussion of relative toxicities. The hazardous substances used, <br />volumes and toxicities are important in the overall evaluation of risk and sampling <br />efforts. <br />The substance released was gasoline from the Rocky Mountain Pipeline. The <br />pipeline is 8" diameter. Approximately 5 barrels were reported to have been <br />released. <br />' H. A list of all wastes generated by current activities conducted at the site. <br />Although not required to be submitted with the application, manifests for <br />' shipments of hazardous wastes off-site should be available for review if <br />requested. <br />At the time of the release, Rocky Mountain Pipeline performed emergency <br />response activities which included free product removal and soil excavation and <br />disposal. E-21 has requested information from Rocky Mountain for details of <br />their work, however, no response has been received to date. E-21 will submit <br />' this information to CDPHE as an addendum to this report when it becomes <br />available. <br />' I. A list of all permits obtained from state or federal agencies required as a result <br />of the activities conducted at the site so the Department can evaluate what <br />potential sources may be at the site. <br />Not applicable. <br />J. There are no known zoning restrictions at the site or contiguous areas. <br />K.
