Describe the method for seed bed preparation, and application method for grass; forb seeding: <br />The seed will _Ije sown by broadcast-type seeders and "raked in" <br />or otherwise covered with topsoil to a depth of about 1/4 inch. <br />Seed will not be sown in windy conditions or when the ground <br />is frozen.
