Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs
OTHER MISCELLANEOUS COSTS:
Mobilization and demobilization costs are based upon the Division's estimate of 8
pieces of equipment at $125.00± per hour for 4.0± hours, or $4,000.00±.
'Place concrete rubble recycle stockpile (inert fill) into basin. The operator would
place this recycle material into Tract D if not used for recycling, however, the
Division would utilize the least cost in the event of a default and place the material
with an approximate push distance of 150 ft. into Tract C Pond utilizing 2 Cat D8N
Dozers with a cost as follows:
20,427.0± cu.yds. concrete recycle stockpile
x $ 0.127 per cu.yd.
$ 2,594.23± cost to dispose of concrete recycle stockpile.
Demolition of Structures: None. Proofs of Building Permits for structures from
the Weld County Building Department are available upon request by the
Division. The proofs clear the shop, concrete batch plant, and scale-house/office.
Please Note: The per unit cost values derived from previous DMG
determinations for heavy equipment, as applied to this exhibit, are included at
the back of this exhibit. Since there is no possibility of the applicant in fully
reproducing the Division's methods, utilizing similarities from past DMG
calculations is the most viable and accurate means available for the applicant
to derive reasonable estimates of per unit costs and should result in estimates
very reliable with'that of the Division.
Summary of Reclamation Costs:
$ 2531071.60± Total Site Preparation Prior to Re-soiling.
$ 329199.38± Total Re-soiling
$ 12,581.46± Total Re-vegetation
$ 69,852.44± Sub-Total
$ 4,000.00± Mobilization and Demobilization Costs (8 pieces of equipment)
$ 73,852.44± Sub-Total
$ 2,594.23± Dispose of inert fill (see Other Costs, above)
$ 76,446.67± Sub-Total
$ 13,836.85± DMG Indirect Costs @ 18.1 % of Total Reclamation Costs
$ 909283.52± Grand Total - Financial Warranty Amount
Varra Companies, Inc.
