This includes references to original mapping (refer to soils <br />map retained and extracted from the original permit approval under Exhibit I/J - <br />Soils , & Vegetation Information) that shows an existing levee of apparent <br />undefined elevation but well defined extent, that was approved in the original 1978 <br />permit and related Weld County USR.
