The <br />Division finds the 2008 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules: <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) - The ARR was received 20 Jan 2009. This is before the February 15 as no other date <br />has been agreed upon in the PAP. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) - The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the <br />permit number. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) - No additional acres were disturbed during calendar year 2008. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) - No disturbed acres were backfilled during calendar year 2008. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(d) = No disturbed acres were topsoiled during calendar year 2008. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) - No disturbed acres were revegetated during calendar year 2008. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) - The location and dates of planting for all previously revegetated areas is <br />illustrated on Exhibit 2 of the ARR. <br />Rule 2.04.13(2) - The following additional monitoring information was provided: bond release <br />summary, affected area summary, topsoiled acreage summary, reclaimed lands disposition summary, <br />and a description of the 2008 maintenance. <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
