Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On February 26, 2009, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your <br />112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application Package for the Heintzelman <br />Project (Pit 116), File No. M-2009-018. The application was filed for review on March <br />11, 2009. The decision date for your application is scheduled for June 9, 2009. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal <br />of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record <br />of lands within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days <br />after the Office notifies the Applicant that the application is considered filed. This notice <br />must be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. The final date for receiving <br />comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings to the Division prior to the decision <br />date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must <br />be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the Weld County Clerk <br />and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet <br />the requirements of the Act.
