As the sediment ponds are
now reclaimed, on behalf of Oakridge Energy, I would request the Division concur in the
termination of further required quarterly self-inspections of the sediment ponds. I will
forward photographs of the pond and ditch reclamation after my final inspection of the
C&J work.
If any additional materials are required, or if there are any questions regarding the
information presented, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Michael S.
