Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs The total permit area is 66.8+/- acres. Of this, the disturbed area is anticipated to be approximately 63.8 acres. However, as discussed in Exhibit C, concurrent reclamation will occur. A maximum of 21.4+/- acres (the area of Phase 1) will be disturbed at any time. For the purposes of this application this is considered a worst- case condition because, even though the disturbed area of Phase 2 is larger, the pit slope boundary in Phase 1 is longer (requiring more grading), and the foundation of the asphalt plant is also located in this area. The reclamation tasks to be performed are described in Exhibit E. Task Estimated Cost Rubblize and bury concrete foundation of asphalt support.
