Requirements for a Conditional Use Permit under the 2004 Land Use Regulations <br />Article V, Division 5, Section 5-501 <br />C. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS <br />(1) Application Fee. An application fee in the amount of $400.00 must be paid at <br />the time of submission of the application. Make the check or money order to: <br />Park County Planning Department. The fee pays for a portion of the total cost <br />to the County to process the application including the cost of publication of <br />the necessary public notices. Any associated fee that may occur is the <br />applicant's responsibility. <br />(2) Proof of Ownership. A recorded Warranty Deed. This can be obtained at the <br />Park County Clerk & Recorder's Office. <br />(3) A copy of all recorded covenants which apply to the subject property. <br />(4) Tax Receipt showing payment of current taxes. This can be obtained at the <br />Park County Treasurer's Office. <br />(5) A map or written directions showing location of the property in relation to <br />roads, streams, utilities, adjacent parcels, and other features. <br />(6) Vicinity Map. A map of where the proposed property is located within Park <br />County. <br />(7) A complete legal description of the property proposed for the Conditional Use <br />Permit prepared by a licensed registered Colorado land surveyor. (In most <br />cases a recorded legal description on the deed will suffice.) <br />(8) A list of names and mailing addresses of all owners of adjacent property to the <br />property subject to the proposed variance, this information appears of record <br />with the Park County Assessor's Office. <br />(9) A signed and notarized certification form the Applicant that proper notice has <br />been provided to the mineral estate's owner pursuant to and in accordance <br />with C.R.S. § 24-65.5-103, or a certification that such notice is not requited <br />because the surface estate has not been separated from the mineral estate for <br />the property described in the application.
