Items discussed included <br />Safety, Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA. <br />• Tom S. - On going during the week, AMEC and CC&V discussed general progress by Ames and <br />the fill placement in the LOB/Delivery Road. <br />• Tom S. - AMEC discussed drilling progress in the Elkton Mine workings area, which is now <br />complete. The drillers have had mechanical problems during the week. There are 4-rigs on site; <br />however one has been down this past week for repairs. Rockbreakers are now on the LOB Pad <br />drilling for the planned blast scheduled for sometime next week. <br />• Tom S. - Discussed field staffing and materials testing and samples that have been collected <br />during the week. Additional hours have been approved for the laboratory testing. <br />Ames Construction: <br />• AMEC and Ames discussed daily work activities during the week and work procedures for fill <br />placement. Daily safety meetings are performed prior to each shift. These have been used to <br />discuss work areas, procedures, testing requirements, etc with the Ames supervisors and <br />equipment operators. <br />• Roger E - Continued routine follow-up with Roger for the LOB/Delivery Road work.
