As you indicated, the text for 2.05-45.6e through 2.05-25.8 had some problems re: lost
information and continuity. I spent quite a bit of time reviewing the pages you provided, along with all
recent revisions, and think that the revised pages for this series (attached w/new revision date noted)
address the concerns. I did move some text around, to create a more logical flow and sequence for the
proposed activities (please review carefully, as I think it's all there now), and found that deletion of
duplicate text resulted in elimination of page 2.05-45.8.
After you have opportunity to review, please feel free to contact me with any questions, or to discuss -
Best regards,
Jerry
From: Binns, Janet [mailto:Janet.Binns@state.co.us]
Sent: Wednesday, March 04, 2009 2:58 PM
To: Nettleton, Jerry
Subject: MR236 Adequacy.doc
Good Afternoon Jerry,
Just a couple of corrections for MR236. Additions to Table 49A do not total correctly, so that one is easy.
The other concerns are assuring that approved text does not get lost with new revisions. pages 2.05-45.6f, 2.05-
45.6g, 2.05-45.7 and 2.05-45.8 are the trouble makers. The other submitted pages work. My main concern is
that we do not lose approved text. Perhaps the best approach would be get all the approved information into the
section, then put on the pagination?
Hopefully, I was succinct and clear on the problem text. I have included the pages that I have as approved in the
PAP (yeah, I have two "2.05-45.6f' and two "2.05-45.6g" pages because I didn't want to lose information that had
been approved even though it didn't fit in."
Call me if you have questions. Everything else looked good for MR236.
Janet Binns
3/6/2009
