As noted the
site configuration does not reflect the approved mining and reclamation plans. DRMS will be working with
Rimrock to ensure that these issues are addressed in the conversion process so nothing is listed as a problem at this
time. The reclamation bond was reviewed in January of 2008. The bond was estimated with reference to approved
plans. While it appears that most of the disturbance is still close to the overall approved disturbances, DRMS will
need to do a full bond recalculation with the 11 OD conversion later in the year.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Russ Means at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and
Safety, Grand Junction Field Office, 101 South 3rd Street, Room 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, phone no.
970-241-1117.
I & E Contact Address
NAME: Alan Chiles
OPERATOR: Rimrock Exploration
STREET: P.O.
