A general location map is enclosed as Map A-1 <br />in Exhibit A. The total permit area is 9.74 acres. The main entrance to the site is located at 38° <br />38' 12.67" N 107° 34' 33.04" W. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />A tract of land located within the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 31, <br />Township 51 North, Range 6 West of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, Montrose County, <br />State of Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 31, <br />thence N 89°43'53" W a distance of 443.42';thence N 43°45'07" W a distance of 220.55'; <br />thence N 29°19'03" W a distance of 131.60';thence N 14°09'47" W a distance of 250.82'; <br />thence N 22°09'07" E a distance of 56.77';thence N 11'42'49" W a distance of 244.95'; <br />thence N 70°01'36" E a distance of 76.98'; thence S 60°38'04" E a distance of 776.94; <br />thence S 00°04'33" E a distance of 457.06';which is the point of beginning. <br />The permit area of 9.74 acres is owned by Don and Jane Hart. <br />The, property described above is to be used for gravel extraction, roads, stockpiles and scales. <br />Mott pit, March 2009 A-1
