<br />SUBJECT: Standby Letter of Credit No. 135 issued, advised, and/or confirmed by Centenni all Bank of
<br />Pueblo in your favor.
<br />Centennial Bank of Pueblo, which has issued, advised, and/or confirmed the above-referenced standby
<br />letter of credit (the "L/C"), has merged into Wells Fargo Bank, National Association ("Wells Fargo'). As
<br />a result, the role of Centennial Bank of Pueblo as the issuer, adviser, and/or confirmer of the L/C has now
<br />been taken over by Wells Fargo.
<br />Effective immediately, all drafts and demands to be drawn or made under the L/C on Centennial Bank of
<br />Pueblo should be drawn or made on Wells Fargo at Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., Trade Services Division,
<br />One Front Street, 21st Floor, San Francisco, California 94111, and all documents and other
<br />communications to be presented under the L/C to Centennial :Bank of :Pueblo should be presented to
<br />Wells Fargo at that San Francisco address.
<br />The L/C as originally issued, advised, and/or confirmed by Centennial Bank of Pueblo was numbered
<br />1.35. That number has now been changed to Wells Fargo Bank letter of credit number N7S58021.9. All
<br />drafts, demands, instruments, and documents related to the L/C which are to show the L/C number, and
<br />all correspondence with Wells Fargo regarding the L/C, must now indicate the new Wells Fargo Bank
<br />letter of credit number.
<br />If the L/C presently expires at the counters of Centennial. Bank ofPueblo, then, effective immediately,
<br />the address of the place of expiration is changed to the address of Wells Fargo in an Francisco indicated
<br />above. If the L/C presently refers to the facsimile number, SWIFT ID, or telex number of Centennial
<br />Bank of Pueblo, then, effective immediately, such facsimile number is changed to (415)-296-8905, such
<br />SWIFT ID is changed to WFBIUS6S SFO, and such telex number is changed to "184904 WELLS UT".
