GENERATOR <br />CERTIFICATION STATEMENT <br />FOR <br />GENERATOR: Parker Ag Services/Climax Mine Composting <br />"I certify, under penalty of law, that the Grade II metals based requirements in section <br />XXXX 64.12 (A); the appropriate Class A pathogen destruction requirements in sections 64.12 <br />(B)(1) through 64.12 (B)(7) <br />or the appropriate Class B pathogen destruction requirements in sections <br />64.12 (B)(8) Geometric Means of the density of fecal coliform <br />and the appropriate biosolids stability requirements in sections <br />64.12 (C)(3) - 38% TVSR <br />? 64.12 (C)(4) - Bench Anaerobic <br />? 64.12 (C)(5) - Bench Aerobic <br />X 64.12 (C)(6) - Aerobic Digester <br />64.12 (C)(7) - Aerobic Process Sour Test <br />? 64.12 (C)(8) - Alkaline Stabilization <br />? 64.12 (C)(9) - Drying (%TSGT70) <br />? 64.12 (Cx 10) - Drying (%TSGT90) <br />if utilized, have been met. I further certify that the applier has been provided notice of and <br />necessary information to comply with the requirements of the Biosolids Regulation, 64, and <br />specifically with the appropriate biosolids stability requirements in sections <br />? 64.12 (C)(11) Subsurface injection <br />64.12 (Cx 12) Surface applied with incorporation within six hours <br />? 64.12 (C)(13) When biosolids that are incorporated into the soil are considered to be Class A <br />with respect to pathogens, the biosolids shall be applied to or placed on the <br />land within eight hours after being discharged from the pathogen treatment <br />process. <br />if utilized, and <br />x the appropriate management practices in sections 64.13, 64.15 and 64.16. <br />This determination has been made under my direction and supervision in accordance with the <br />system designed to ensure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information <br />used to determine that the pathogen requirements have been met.
