<br />Computer requirements to use the DRMS document imaging CD (or DVD):
<br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the Cl) and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DBMS imaging CD
<br />the first time, Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software.
<br />2. The CD or.DVD that you purchase n2ust be in the P. drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD.
<br />3. The CD will contain files with the.tif extension, ''Chore needs to be an image viewing application for .6f files on your cotputer that
<br />will ]candle single and wWti-page documents, On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture
<br />and Fax Viewer" or "paint" and they d2„,ot work with QuickView. The Irnal;ing Viewer that corns with pre-Windows MCP computers
<br />does work, DBMS has determined that a program called "IrfanVicw", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, sloes work with
<br />QuickView. After downloading " HanView", it needs to be configured as your default.tif viewer, DRlv,[S does not support or endorse
<br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. Thcrc are many other progrrnis that work as well., such as
<br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows".

<br />2. Allow time for the CD to install.
<br />3. Eject the CD from the computer.
<br />4. Reinsert the CD into the compurter.
<br />5. You are ready to view the permit Files,
<br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which. runs the QuickView
<br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorunr program
<br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program.
<br />Instruction< for manually installing QuickView are available upon request
<br />with the CD or can be viewed at wwvw.mirtine-state.co.us.
<br />The Pernift File document Images can be viewed In the reception area of the DRMS office or they can be purchased on a CD or
<br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the tittle and labor of making the C13. DRM'S cannot lnrovide compuiter related
