The Division has worked closely with SCC on
developing a plan for specific points of compliance in accordance with applicable Rule
4.05.13(1). The Division concurs with SCC's overall plan for point(s) of compliance at Seneca
II and has only a couple comments regarding the revision application materials.
1. The reference to Figure 2 on page 7-3-3 is incorrect. Please change the text in the third
paragraph of page 7-3-3 where reference is made to the Fish Creek alluvial point of
compliance. This figure should be Figure 3 instead of Figure 2. Also the title block to
this figure should be changed accordingly on page 7-3-5.
2. None of the figures presented in the application are very legible due to the very small
print on the black and white copy. SCC had originally submitted color copies of these
figures in a draft revision during the planning phases of this project. The color copies are
preferable because they clearly show the alluvial drainages and the well numbers are
more legible. Please resubmit the Figures 1, 2, and 3 in color or more legible print.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me.
Sincer y,
Daniel T.
