Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has received copies of the 2007 and 2008 Annual Hydrology Reports for <br />the Coal Ridge Mine. Thank you for your timely submittal of these reports. All of the <br />hydrologic monitoring at the mine site has been terminated and the Colorado Discharge <br />Permit for the site has been inactive since 30 September 2004.
