Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has received copies of the 2007 and 2008 Annual Reclamation Reports for <br />the Coal Ridge Mine. Thank you for your timely submittal of these reports. The Coal <br />Ridge Mine was reclaimed in 1994 and has undergone a Phase I and Phase II Bond <br />Release on 38.4 acres. There are currently 6.8 acres in long-term facilities that are <br />subject to reclamation. In the previous reporting years (2007 and 2008) no reclamation <br />or vegetation sampling activities were performed. The attached map shows the reclaimed <br />portions of the site as well as the areas in long-term facilities.
