Eagle Park Reservoir <br /> Final Analytical Summary <br /> October 29, 1997 <br /> • <br /> 4-Dam Seep Return System <br /> A certification for the pressure testing of the 4-Dam Seep Return System has been submitted to <br /> the Division by Mr. Ron Valentine of the Climax Mine. Pressure switch installation is currently <br /> underway with a completion date set for December 1, 1997. The system is operational and <br /> functioning as designed. <br /> Stormwater improvements along the road leading into the seep storage area have been <br /> implemented according to proposed stormwater designs submitted to your office as part of a <br /> stormwater upset corrective action dated June 20, 1997. These improvements have been <br /> incorporated into the Climax Mine Stormwater Management Plan. <br />
