Quebec St., Ste 110 , Greenwood Village, CO 80111; (303) 773-1005, submitted a <br />request for financial warranty reduction for the MMRR Quarry, Permit No. M-2004-067. The construction materials <br />extraction operation is located at or near Section 26, Township 3S, Range 72W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Gilpin <br />County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
