All review and comment periods <br />as provided in the Act and Regulations <br />promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />day of filing. <br />The permit area contains some 9,216 acr- <br />es of federal coal lease and 11,789 acres <br />of surface area. These areas are situated <br />`in T2N, R101W and T3N, R101W, 6th j <br />P.M. in Rio Blanco County about 10 miles <br />east of the Town of Rangely. It includes <br />lands containing almost all of RBC Road ' <br />65, eastern part` of RBC Road 96, and <br />western portions of RBC Road 78. The <br />Deserado Mine Permit area lies within <br />USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps enti- ' <br />bed "RangelyNE and "Cactus Reservoir". <br />A copy of the permit revision application <br />is available for public inspection at the <br />Town Clerk's office, Town Hall in Range- <br />ly.
