On behalf of Minrec, Inc., following are its responses to the <br />DRMS comments and concerns: <br />1. The identification of interest section of the permit has been updated. Please see <br />amended pages 2-1 through 2-5. <br />2. The compliance information in the permit has been updated. Please see amended <br />page 2-6. <br />3. Enclosed is an amended surface ownership map, D-3-19. <br />4. By letter dated April 28, 2008, Minrec, Inc. submitted an application to the Water <br />Quality Control Division to renew CDPS permit CO-0029599. This renewal <br />request was initiated by an April 9, 2008 letter to Minrec, Inc. from Andrew <br />Neuhart with the Water Quality Control Division. Minrec, Inc. has not heard <br />anything about the permit renewal. <br />5. No response required. <br />Enclosed are amended pages 2-1 through 2-13 and amended drawing D-3-19.
