Maior Poisonous Plants to Livestock <br />No poisonous plants to livestock are known at this time on <br />this site. <br />_J/ For additional information regarding poisoning by specific plants, <br />see Colorado Range Technical Note. <br />2. Wood Products <br />No known potential production. <br />3. Wildlife Values <br />This site has good potential for wildlife habitat especially <br />since it usually occurs in association with other sites that <br />provide good cover for wildlife. This site supports good <br />populations of deer and jackrabbit. Due to run-in water from <br />ajacent sites or the presence of a water table, nesting areas <br />for ducks and geese are frequently available in depression <br />areas. <br />4. Hydrological Znteroretations <br />Soils in this site are grouped into "B" and "C" hydrologic <br />group,_as outlined in the Soils of Colnradn r.ncc Fa n4 <br />a' s. c.tu <br />investigations are needed to determine hydrologic cover <br />conditions and hydrologic curve numbers. Refer to Peak Flows <br />in Colorado handbook, and SCS National Engineering Handbook, <br />Section 4, for hydrologic curve numbers and determining runoff <br />quantities. <br />5. Recreation and Natural Beauty <br />This site has good aesthetic appeal and natural beauty. This <br />site often occurs in conjunction with sites that have trees <br />and in combination with them presents a pleasant change from <br />the droughty areas frequently adjacent to these sites. <br />6. Endangered Plants and Animals <br />No endangered plants or animals are currently known to be <br />dependent on this site.
