Survival of aspen in response to landscape fabric and irrigation. <br />Landscape fabric resulted in significant increases in the aspen survival (Fig. 5), <br />terminal leader growth (Fig. 6), and stem caliper (Fig. 7). Irrigation significantly increase <br />stem caliper, but not terminal leader growth. The relationship of terminal leader growth <br />• and basal caliper in relation to landscape fabric was dramatic and significant.
