2.04.4(1) <br />The area disturbed by the relocation of pond B and associated ditches was <br />investigated by the Grand River Institute during August 1998. The area <br />disturbed by the vent shaft and associated light use road in Freeman Gulch <br />was investigated by the Grand River Institute during November 1988. <br />The Gob Vent Borehole drill sites and associated light use roads were <br />investigated by the Grand River Institute during May 2000. No cultural <br />resources were identified. The survey results are presented in Volume VI. <br />A Class III Cultural Resource Inventory and Paleontological Assessment <br />Report for 1640 Acres of BLM Administered Lands and 1360 Acres of Forest <br />Service Administered Lands within the Iron Point Coal Lease Tract (COC- <br />61209) are presented in Volume VI. The field work was performed during <br />August and October 2000. <br />The area disturbed by the construction of the unit train loadout was <br />investigated by the Grand River Institute during July 2000. No eligible <br />cultural resources were identified. The survey results are presented in <br />Volume VI. <br />• The 20 acre area added to the permit boundary along Hubbard Creekforthe <br />construction of the vent shaft was investigated by the Grand River Institute <br />during April 2007 (TR-47).
