No work will be allowed at night, Satttrclays, Sundays and legal holidays without prior authorizatio¢ <br />from the Depar¢nent. Construction traffic control devices, when not in test, shall be removed or turned away from traffic. <br />26. All temporary pavemtnt striping shall be dons by the pcrmittee/conhsctar in conformance with atction <br />627 of Tlu: Deparpntpt's standard specifications for Road attd Bridge Construction (latest edition). <br />27. No drainage from this site shall enter onto the Slate Highway travel lanes, The Pertpittec is required to <br />detain all drautage in excess of historical flow, and tine of concentrntion on site. The permince shall keep ttte culvert opepings clear of debris and maintain the culvert in operating <br />conditior~ <br />29. When it is necessary to remove any highway right-of-way fence, the posts on either side of the access <br />en[rattce shall be securely b[aced with approved epd posts attd in conformance with the Department's <br />M-60~-1 standard, before the fence is cut, to prevent slacking of the remaining fence. Landscaping shall not obstruct sight distance at any State Highway access point. If the temporary accts utilizes a gate, the gate shall be set back far though from the highway so that the <br />longest vehicle using the access can clear the roadway when the gate is cloud. <br />33. All requred access improvements shall bt itrstalled prior to the herein-autJtorized use of this access. <br />34.
