The stuface facilities include the construction of approximately two miles of acoess road and bench consuuclion for portals, o~Ces, shops, coal stockpiles, ventilation, ding and loadout facilities. The road and site mnsWCtion will disturb the bed and bank of ephcmctal drainages and wetlands. 19.
