Ventilation Plan Amendment
The encXased plan amendment, dated September 4, 2008, consist9.ng of
a covex letter and one drawing, addressing dxilling a dewatering
well into the D-Sea.m old wo~'ks, is hereby approved zn accordance
wa.th 30 Ck'~R §75.370 (a) (1) . This amendment will. be incoxpox'ated
into the current plan originally approved on April 22, 2008.
These pages are new and will be added to the plan.
--- This approval is sate specifzc far dewatering the D-seam works
through the approved borehole and wil]w terminate upon completion of
the project.
A copy of this approval. shall be made available to the miners and
reviewed with a,ll. miners affected by this plan.
