The spring <br />associated with water right 92 has an average and maximum flow of 3.5 and <br />22.2 gallons per minute respectively. Water rights 84 and 93 have not been <br />located or field verified. <br />The USDA-FS has two decreed water rights located west of the permit <br />boundary. The spring associate with water right 83 has an average <br />and maximum flow of 0.09 and 0.50 gallons per minute respectively.
