. 2.05.5 <br />The proposed use of pastureland will not present any hazard to public health or safety <br />since the area is located in an isolated field. Water flow into and through the pastureland <br />should be similar to that of cropland so no significant change in water quantity or quality <br />should result from the land use change. <br />(4) The use shall not involve unreasonable delays in reclamation. <br />There is no reason the gob pile area cannot be seeded with the pasture seed mix <br />immediately after grading and topsoil placement are complete. <br />(5) Necessary approval of measures to prevent or mitigate adverse effects on fish, <br />wildlife, and related environmental values and threatened or endangered plants <br />shall be obtained from the Division and appropriate State and Federal fish and <br />wildlife management agencies. Such agencies shall have a 60-day period in <br />which to review the plan before surface coal mining operations begins. <br />Not applicable.
