See following table and Map 23. Six of the water rights are ponds and two are springs and ponds. One of the ponds, water rights 84, has not been field verified or monitored by the Operator. Water right 93 is a pond for which the FS is unable to ascertain a location. Four of the FS water rights have been assigned a range improvement inventory numbers (RIIN). Water rights 87 and 92 are perennial springs and ponds that are typically full and overflowing. The spring associated with water right 87 has an average and maximum flow of 2.8 and 18.8 gallons per minute respectively. The spring associated with water right 92 has an average and maximum flow of 3.0 and 22.2 gallons per minute respectively. Water rights 84 and 93 have not been located or field verified. The USDA-FS has two decreed water rights located west of the permit boundary. See following table and Map 23.
