Rule 3.1.11, Buildings and Structures is adequate. There were no adverse <br />comments or concerns from the State Historical Society in their response. <br />Rule 3.1.12, Signs and Markers. Please clarify how permit boundaries will be <br />marked and commit to establishment of those boundaries prior to any disturbance <br />on site. <br />Rule 3.1.13 for spill reporting. Please address the spill reporting requirements for <br />this Rule and Rule 8 <br />6.4.6 - Exhibit F the Reclamation Map is adequate. <br />6.4.7 - Exhibit G, Water Information. As noted water issues have been addressed with <br />OSE and no groundwater will be exposed during the mining operation. <br />6.4.8 - Exhibit H, Wildlife is adequate. <br />6.4.9 - Exhibit I, Soils is adequate. <br />6.4. 10 - Exhibit J, Vegetation ation is adequate. <br />6.4.11 - Exhibit K, Climate is adequate. <br />6.4.12 - Exhibit L Reclamation Costs are acceptable. Under Rule 4.1.2(2) no bond is <br />required for county operations. <br />6.4.13 - Exhibit M, Other Permits is adequate. <br />6.4.14 - Exhibit N Source of Legal Right to Enter appears to be acceptable. <br />6.4.15 - Exhibit O, Owners of Record appears to be acceptable. <br />6.4.16 - Exhibit P Municipalities within 2 miles. It is noted that there are no <br />municipalities within 2 miles of the project. <br />6.4.17 - Exhibit Q Proof of Notice to County Board and Soil Conservation is adequate,. <br />6.4.18 - Exhibit R Proof of Filing with County Clerk is adequate. <br />6.4.19 - Exhibit S Permanent Man-made structures is adequate. <br />Rule 6.5: Geotechnical Stability Exhibit: <br />Based on the plans submitted no geotechnical stability report appears to be warranted at <br />this time.
