Adequacy Review.
Dear Mr. Moore
The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has begun the full review process of the
above referenced I I2c amendment application. A Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR)
has been done. Please review the following and respond with clarifications or corrections
as needed.
Per Rule 1.6.2(e) the Division notes the provisions of this rule have been met. The Public
comment period is noted as closing on March 16, 2009. Please find enclosed comments
from The Division of Water Resources and Office of Archeology and Historical
Preservation. No negative comments are noted at this time.
Per Rule 6 4 Specific requirements for a 112 Reclamation Operation:
