Please correct the date <br />shown in the application. The date has been successfully corrected. No further <br />action necessary. <br />2) DRMS: Phase of Bond Release Requested - This description does not include 2700 <br />Road, BB Road, and 5th Road, but these features are highlighted on Map R-2 and are also <br />included in the table describing Phase 2 release (page 10). Please clarify whether it is the <br />intent of SL-11 to include any portions of the County Roads in either Phase I or Phase 2 <br />release requests. <br />In a telephone conversation between GLA and me, prior to submittal of the <br />adequacy response, it was determined that County Roads 2700, BB, and 5th Road <br />would not be included in SL-11. Rather, they will be incorporated into a later, <br />separate bond release application. The application pages submitted reflect this <br />decision (although the November 6 cover letter that accompanied the application <br />indicates the opposite to be true). <br />The question has been successfully resolved; county roads will not be included in <br />SL-11. No further action necessary. <br />3) Bonding - The current bond liability for the New Horizon Mine is $3,150,563, but the <br />current amount of bond held is $4,000,000. Please correct the application to reflect <br />these figures. <br />The bond amount has been corrected. However, two other items are inaccurate: <br />the mine is "Self-Bonded" by Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, <br />Inc., and the Bond Number is SB-003. Please correct these two items. <br />4) Page 1 - Legal Description - Section 1 is in R 16 W, as opposed to R 15 W. Please <br />correct this typographical error. The legal description has been corrected. No <br />further action necessary. <br />Descriptions - Phase 1 <br />5) Areas 1 and 2 - Section 6 is in R 15 W, as opposed to R 158 W. Please correct this <br />typographical error. The Range has been corrected. No further action necessary. <br />6) Area 1 - The bearing given from the NE corner of Section to the point of beginning does <br />not appear to be correct. Please review this bearing, and revise as necessary. The <br />Bearing has been corrected. No further action necessary. <br />7) Area 2 - The distance given from the NE corner of Section 6 to the point of beginning <br />may not be correct. Please review, and revise if necessary. The Distance has been <br />corrected. No further action necessary.
