APPENDIX C <br />AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT REVIEW EXPENSES <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, PARK COUNTY, COLORADO <br />AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT REVIEW EXPENSES PURSUANT <br />. TO PARK COUNTY LAND USE REGULATIONS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into by and between BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS, PARK COUNTY, COLORAQO, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Colorado, ("County") and fC 6 1 &t vr& k, xIl _?d2?___ hereinafter referred <br />to as the Applicant." The Applicant and the County shall collectively be referred to as <br />the "Parties." This Agreement shall be effective following execution by the Applicant and <br />immediately upon the date of the authorized execution of this Agreement by the <br />Chairperson of the Park County Board of County Commissioners or other authorized <br />County official or employee. <br />RECITALS AND REPRESENTATIONS: <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant is the owner of, or represents that he or she is the authorized <br />agent of the owner of, certain property situated in the Park County, State of Colorado, <br />(the "Property") which is either legally described as or commonly known as: [check one] <br />Legal Description Attached as Exhibit ..??.Z- <br />Name or Title of Subdivision Plat or Property Address: <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant desires to develop or to seek land use approval for the <br />Property and has made an application ("Application") to Park County for the review and <br />consideration for approval by the County of the following: <br />Required Case by Case Basis <br />Sketch Plan Rezoning <br />Preliminary Plan Common Plat Amendment <br />Final Plat Survey Correction Plat <br />Minor Subdivision Modification of Regulation <br />Planned Unit Development (including, if applicable, zoning, preliminary <br />PUD plan, and final PUD plan) <br />For purposes of this Agreement, "Application" shall mean and include all documentation, <br />data, and information submitted to the County in order to seek or obtain approval of <br />development of or land use approval for the Applicant's Property, including but not <br />limited to site plans, engineering and surveying documentation, engineering and other <br />professional reports and studies, and any construction documentation required to <br />authorize the construction of public or other improvements within the Property. <br />WHEREAS, the Parties hereto recognize that the land use application fees specified by <br />the Land Use Regulations of Park County cover the typical or standard administrative <br />processing expenses of the County for routine projects and these fees may not be, or <br />are not likely to be, adequate to fully cover the County's expenses in considering the <br />Applicant's application and project, including, but not limited to, expenses incurred for <br />legal and notice publications, engineering services, attorney fees, consultant fees,
