Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Dear Party and/or Interested Person, Natural Resource Trustee <br />GP Ranches, LLC has requested an extension of the decision date for the 112c Construction Materials <br />Application for the West Farm Pit. Therefore, the dates for the Pre-hearing Conference and the Formal <br />Public Hearing have changed. The hearing for consideration of the West Farm Pit permit will occur <br />during the April 8 & 9, 2009 Board meeting at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />318, Denver, Colorado 80203, commencing at 9:00am or as soon thereafter as the matter can be <br />considered on April 8 or 9:00am or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered on April 9. Parties <br />and interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled to occur on March 26, 2009, beginning at 12:00pm at <br />the Lamar Public Library, 102 East Parmenter Street, Huddleston-Butler Room, Lamar, Colorado <br />81052.
