Dear Party and/or Interested Person, Natural Resource Trustee
Journey Ventures, LLC has requested an extension of the decision date for the 112c Construction
Materials Application for the Journey Ventures Pit. Therefore the dates for the Pre-hearing Conference
and the Formal Public Hearing have changed. The hearing for consideration of the Journey Ventures Pit
permit will occur during the April 8 & 9, 2009 Board meeting at the Centennial Building, 1313
Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, commencing at 9:00am or as soon thereafter as
the matter can be considered on April 8 or 9:00am or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered
on April 9. Parties and interested persons will have the opportunity, to be heard.
A Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled to occur on March 27, 2009 , beginning at 1:00pm at the
Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 221, Denver, Colorado 80203. Ms. Sandra Brown will
preside as Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
If you are unable to attend the Pre-hearing Conference in person, you may participate via telephone. In
order to participate by telephone, perform the following steps, at or just before the scheduled conference
time and date:
1. Dial the toll free, Conferencing access number, 1(866) 877-3977
2. Dial the Conferencing "room" number *2977618* (NOTE: the star key must be pressed before
and after the room number)
3. Wait to be added to the conference
Failure to participate in the Pre-hearing Conference will result in the loss of your party status.
