CO-0036684 on <br />February 2, 2009. This CPDS permit has one outfall, Pond E at the Fish Creek Tipple, which discharges to <br />Fish Creek. Outfall 001A discharged each week during October and November, but did not discharge <br />during the month of December. Water quality samples were collected and analyzed and WET tests were <br />conducted. No inorganic parameters were exceeded, and WET tests passed for both fathead minnow and <br />Ceriodaphnia dubia. <br />The report is in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
