The proposed mine in known as the South Asphalt Plant, and is located at or near Section 3, Township 15, Range 66W, 611- Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is February 1, 2009, and the proposed date of completion is the life of the mine. The proposed future use of the land is industrial.
