<br />F. This Lease may be executed in counterparts, all of which taken together <br />shall be considered one instrument. <br />G. The provisions of this Contract have been independently, separately and <br />freely negotiated by the parties as if drafted by both of them. The parties waive any <br />statutory or common law presumption which would serve to have this Contract construed <br />in favor of or against either party. <br />H. The parties agree that this Lease shall not be recorded in the public <br />records, but that any party may prepare and record a memorandum of this Lease, <br />summarizing the essential terms of the Lease, in order to give notice of this Lease. <br />However, the amount of the rental payments shall not be set forth in such memorandum <br />and the memorandum shall be subject to prior approval by both parties. Any party shall <br />sign such memorandum upon request of another party. <br />I. In any lawsuits bro t on by third parties concerning this lease, the parties <br />will split attorney fees up to and there after Bowie will be responsible for <br />attorney fees. <br />J.
