Evidence of completing this activity (photos and statement) must be received by this office by the date shown at right. 2. The noxious weeds in the permit area are not being adequately controlled. 4/30/09 PB or PV: PB CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must seek qualified assistance (from the local TOPIC(S): RV weed control office, for example) in developing an effective weed control plan, then submit to the Division the new plan with a written commitment to properly implement the plan.
